About Anthony
Experienced Restaurant Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. Skilled in Event Planning, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Microsoft Office. Strong operations professional graduated from Essex College Balto MD. Member of the Washington DC Restaurant Association. Mass Communication at University of the District of Columbia.

Tastings menus, rehearsals buffet-style dinners, small to full-scale wedding dinner packages available.
Event Staffing
Affordable packages are available to cater to our clients’ every need. Additional culinary team, waitstaff, bartenders, etc. Additional fees are required and will be included in the contract.
Beverage Program Consulting
Having an excellent beverage program is the key factor for repeat business. Lockserve can help you develop a thriving beverage program.

Buffet style or plated. Professional wait staff and bartenders available for your private full-service events.
Additional fees will be applied for staffing, party rentals ie linen, plates, glassware, and utensils.

- BBq Braised Short Ribs
- Slow-braised Oxtails
- Oven-roasted Lamb Loin
- Baked Salmon
- Pan-roasted Duck Breast
- Baked Ziti Marinara with 5 kinds of cheese – with or without meat
- Chicken or Veal Parmigiana
Catering Menu
- Baked Ziti (with or without meat) with mixed green salad & cheesy garlic bread. Choice of salad dressing thousand islands, ranch, low cal Italian vinaigrette.
- Braised Oxtails with fried cabbage, red beans, and rice.
- Homestyle BBQ Chicken with steamed lemon buttered broccoli, choice or red bliss potato salad or roasted rosemary potatoes, and skillet cornbread.
- Smothered pork chops or baked chicken w/ herb-scented down-home gravy, with baked sweet potato or steamed buttered corn on the cob, and garlic mash potatoes.
- Fried Lake Trout or oven-roasted Salmon fillets with honey glazed carrots and orange juice reduction, creamy lemon pasta, or fried potatoes and onions.
- Mama Mia Chicken parmigiana with cesar salad topped with croutons & grated Parmesan cheese, or fiery kale salad, as well as, crispy garlic bread.
